YOGA can be introduced to you with the caption that our health is in our hands .It is the reconciliation of the body and mind. It can be done slowly, gradually and with atmost consciousness. It stimulates the entire body Cells. It makes the body feel refreshed and energized. Different yoga postures are arranged in a way that it stimulates different parts of the body,.
As we know , physiologically our bodies are made up of billions of cells. The process of absorption,digestion and excretion is ongoing in each cells.
As for those who excercise ,or those who do hardworks-their absorption,digestion and excretion processes will work good. For people who do not excercise well, the body cells will not be adequately efficient .so dirt accumulates in the cells and causes various diseases like obesity, hypertension….Such persons should practice yoga daily. Then only they get proper stimulation to body cells and helps in proper functioning of cells.
PRANAYAMA is also very important ,just as yoga is.
Pranayama is a breathing exercise that is done consciously and slowly. when we do this, our lungs become fully functional and our body gets the oxygen needed
